4 years ago Anctil installed a new furnace and heat pump. It has worked great. I noticed a water drip from the ceiling. It was coming from a vent pipe in the attic. I called Anctil and they sent a technician right away. He sealed the vent pipe joint and corrected another issue from a manufacturer software down load that was scheduled to be taken care of. Anctil has always been fair and easy to work with.
