This review is almost unfair because I have not let anyone else touch my climate controls other than Anctil for over 25 years. And when I had a critter ate through my flex ductwork under the house I was more than happy to see Anctil repairs that, too! And the job was top notch. 4 years ago Anctil installed a new furnace and heat pump. It has worked great. I noticed a water drip from the ceiling. It was coming from a vent pipe in the attic. I called Anctil and they sent a technician right away. He sealed the vent pipe joint and corrected another issue from a manufacturer software down load that was scheduled to be taken care of. Anctil has always been fair and easy to work with.
